Temporary Headquarters and Car Care Center

Our New Year's Resolution, delivered a couple weeks early:
Pay attention to the details, such as how many digits are in the checkbook balance or exactly how many years it has been since you have changed your oil.  We hope that 2009 will not only be remembered for the start of another "great" Depression but for the publication of issue #29.  Some think prime numbers unlucky (like 1929) but I think you can make a pretty good argument that trying times produces quality art.

Speaking of which, we are developing a website for the purchase of such items.  There will be a limited roster, select wares, and reasonable prices.  And as you might expect, these prints/photos/drawings/collages will be made available without warning and in limited quantities.  So keep an eye out for future postings, and feel free to mention to those few you trust...

Videotaped in a shed somewhere on the peninsula

The new issue of the Minus Times has been mailed to Chicago for publication.  It is 72 pages long-- basically a double issue with twin interviews by David Berman and Harmony Korine.  We hope to see it printed before the next Kentucky Derby, but who knows when it will see the light of day.  In the meantime, we are reluctantly joining the 21st century.

Occasional posts will follow.  Maybe even pictures...
